You are totally right. It's work people do for free! Thanks for bringing this up, anonymous.
Still, it could be good for students, if they use the work to complete assignments for classes (or rather, for teachers, to send their students to as an assignment)
It's true that agencies usually get paid to do "shoot outs" but here nobody is getting paid for their work.
Also, I have an idea! They could pay someone to redesign their site, it looks awful!
